SKEMA Introducing mindfulness
Mindfulness - Team leadership - Sustainability
The practice of mindfulness has gradually established itself as an approach to managing stress, emotions, the relationship to oneself and to others, to our environment and in general to a better daily life. It is found practiced at work, in the hospital for caregivers, or even at school.
The mindfulness offered in this pilot is an age-old practice and follows the principles laid down in the MBSR method developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, American doctor who introduced mindfulness to help patients better manage pain and emotional states related to their moral and physical suffering during long hospital stays. It allows us to develop our ability to respond better to the stimuli we encounter.
Since his sensational book which dates back to 1996, JKZ has made available a toolbox that works in multiple context: business, education, politics, and sport.
